What are the turnaround times for the Property Video Package services?

- One (1) business day: Photographs, 3D Virtual Tours, Dedicated Listing Websites

- Two (2) business days: Highlight Video, Social Media Reel

What is the difference between Highlight Video and Social Media Reel?

Although both videos are 30-45 seconds long and incorporate the main parts of the home, the Highlight Video is shot and edited horizontally, making it ideal for websites and MLS. Our Social Media reel is shot and formatted vertically, which is perfect for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more.

How long is the custom domain active for on my Dedicated Listing Site?

Your custom domain will be active for one year from the date of creation. If you’d like to extend, we offer one-year extensions. The website is hosted indefinitely.

How long do you keep the Virtual 3D Tour active?

We provide free hosting of the virtual tour for three months. Once the hosting has expired, we offer one-year extensions.

What can I do with the Drone Video?

The drone video footage will be included in either your Highlight Video or Social Media Reel.
